The French Institute is the only organisation in Senegal authorized to offer and organize certification or diploma sessions in the French language, to obtain a reliable and rapid assessment of your French skills (TCF-TEF) or, thanks to the DELF-DALF, to validate your current level of French.
Each exam allows you to validate a level (A1, A2, B1 (level for naturalization), B2 (level for a first university cycle, Quebec immigration), C1 (level for a postgraduate cycle) et C2). ou are assessed through the following tests:

TCF integration residency and French nationality
This test is intended for all foreigners wishing to acquire French nationality by naturalisation, reinstatement or declaration of nationality by reason of their marriage to a French spouse. The TCF for naturalisation applications meets the new provisions introduced by the French Ministry of the Interior (Decree No. 2019-1507 of 30 December 2019 (link is external) ) setting the required level of French for applicants for naturalisation at B1 (oral and written comprehension and expression tests).
